In 2012, we committed to offering quality of life through CBD products around the world, as a subsidiary of Medical Marijuana, Inc. Our offices are located in the United States and in Latin American countries, like Mexico and Brazil. We seek to expand access to Cannabis products so that even more people have a better life.

Shipping, returns, refunds policies
Our main commitment is your satisfaction. Before shipment, our CBD products undergo strict quality control and are packaged with the best practices so that they arrive without damage to you.
We accept cancellation of orders only when they have not yet been dispatched. Therefore, if the product is already en route, cancellation will not be possible, since we were unable to interrupt the shipment of a cargo en route.

If you have purchased our CBD products and need to return them for any reason, contact us within seven days of receipt, stating the reason for the request, along with your personal details and purchase number.
The product must have the security seal intact and comply with the following conditions:
1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Returns must be unused and unopened.
3. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. The refund will be issued once the return of the products is confirmed.
6. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for all refunds (contact us). We will not receive any shipment without prior authorization.
7. Please check your order carefully on arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims related to damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Enter your order number and product batch number.
