National Stress Awareness Month is a Great Time to Try CBD

There are several clinical studies that provide strong evidence that the endocannabinoid system, comprised of these cannabinoid receptors, is a crucial molecular system that the body uses to help maintain homeostasis. Even the National Institute on Drug Abuse is optimistic about these findings saying, “CBD has shown therapeutic efficacy in a range of animal models of anxiety and stress, reducing both behavioral and physiological (e.g., heart rate) measures of stress and anxiety.”
