Our Hemp is Grown and Processed with Integrity

Join HempMeds® as We Celebrate Sustainability This Earth Day

This Saturday, April 22nd, is Earth Day, a global campaign designed to raise awareness for environmentalism. It is a time to think of your role in a sustainable future and ways to protect the planet for generations to come.

To help punctuate hemp’s place in building a more verdant, healthy planet, HempMeds® will be taking part in the Earth Day celebration in San Diego’s Balboa Park on Sunday, April 23, 2017. Scheduled for 10 am to 4:20 pm, HempMeds® will have a booth in the Canna Village, where our team will be answering questions and promoting the benefits of CBD and hemp.

Hemp has proven to be the environmentally smart choice as a source for fibers, food, construction materials, biofuels, bioplastics, and of course, cannabinoids. Hemp can help us save trees, reduce emissions, minimize the impact of raising cattle, and more, giving us a means to protect the environment around us, every day.

The first Earth Day on April 22, 1970, activated 20 million Americans from all walks of life and is widely credited with launching the modern environmental movement. Earth Day’s mission is to diversify, educate and activate the environmental movement worldwide. Over one billion people now participate in Earth Day activities each year, making it the largest civic observance in the world.

Here at HempMeds®, we are dedicated to protecting the planet through the cultivation standards to which we hold our farmers. All our non-GMO hemp is grown free of herbicides, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers that can leach into local soil and water systems.

It is from this sustainably grown hemp that we create our pure hemp oil products. Naturally high in CBD, we use safe supercritical CO2, instead of harsh chemical solvents, to extract the hemp oil used in RSHO™ CBD products.

HempMeds® takes pride in knowing that the hemp we grow and the products we create leave a minimal footprint on the environment. Join us this weekend and take the time to raise awareness for a more sustainable planet by doing something good for the place we all call home.
