CBD-Infused Lemon-Garlic Salad Dressing

This dressing can be added to leafy green salads like spinach and kale, drizzled on sides of asparagus or brussel sprouts, and used to top salmon or chicken and rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ tbsp RSHO™ Liquid
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (can substitute other oils, like coconut or avocado oil)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped herbs of choice (parsley, oregano, basil, chives, cilantro, etc.)
  • Dressing can be further seasoned using chili pepper, Sriracha, etc.

 

Instructions:

1. Combine RSHO™ Liquid, olive oil, mustard, mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice in a repurposed jar.
(season with salt and pepper to taste).
2. Add finely chopped herbs.
3. Shake jar well to mix.

Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. Shake before each use.
