Sales Development Representative

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for those with the drive to succeed. Are you hard working, high performing, and fun loving? If so, then HempMeds® may be the place for you. Our ideal candidate is someone who is looking to make sales their career. We want someone with eagerness to learn every day. Sales Development Reps are the front line of the sales process and spend their days prospecting and cold calling into a variety of different organizations, and are measured by their seamless hand-offs of qualified leads to our amazing Account Executive Sales team. This is an entry level sales role that has potential for great growth. If you have a desire to become a sales professional, our SDR position is the first step to a dynamic career in sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

Consistently able to meet and exceed monthly quotas.

The ability to make a consistent amount of outbound calls daily (75+/day).

Coachable and always willing to learn something new.

Create a high level of forward moving conversations.

Must be able to work from the downtown office.
